I sent my mother for a nice massage. It was not nice at all! She was in so much pain and she didn’t hardly speak English. Terrible experience.

The person that runs the business does not speak English. This made it extremely difficult to schedule my appointment. I eventually just hung up and at least she did text me back so that did make it a little easier to communicate. Prior to my visit she sent me a message stating that the tip is not included in the price and that Groupon suggests at $20 for my hour massage. I thought this was rude to ask for a flat rate tip as tips are earned by providing good service.
