The Bar/Food area is nice and the servers keep the refills of drinks coming even during COVID with short staff. The front desk is usually nice with a couple staff reloading cards for customers. The gaming area needs improvement! I know there are several machines closed for distancing but there are also games that are always NOT working or break especially on Wednesday when they have a lot of foot track and the machines are being used a lot. There is not a single Wednesday that goes by where machines are malfunctioning or having some type of issue. It may be the quality of the machine overall and not reflective on Dave & Busters. The Winners Circle where you claim prizes is kinda lack luster in that the prizes that are somewhat decent costs A LOT of tickets to get whereas the average prize is cheap and not worth the tickets. Overall a good value if you just want to go eat and have fun and not worry about trying to win any prizes from the winners circle.
