Major's Restaurant satisfies major cravings for good ol' fashioned, hearty diner food. The cooks kick off the day with crêpes, three-egg omelets, and country-fried steaks, all of which pair well with fresh-poured coffee. Come lunch and dinner, they fill bellies with 10 different burgers, dozens of sandwiches—ranging from barbecue pork to grilled chicken to the french dip—and a smattering of Italian recipes, including veal parmesan and baked mostaccioli. They go all out with steaks, serving up rib eyes, broiled skirt steak, and Athenian–style skirt steak, and weigh down plates with baby beef liver, breaded veal, and baked meat loaf—a trio Andre the Giant calls a balanced breakfast.
