The Instructor was nice and she broke everything down so that you could understand the staff was nice they even made me a happy birthday sign will be back I have 2 more classes I had fun doing aerial yoga and still have rings and pole to try

I am Super Excited to be a part of this body, mind, spirit fabulous club. It is super mind soothing, freeing and makes me happy!!!! :-) Aerial Yoga is phenomenal-hanging upside down getting the blood flow in the opposite direction is so healthy for our bodies. The Aerial Hula/Lyra is also a rewarding circque du soleil experience. Pole Fitness=OMG Super Fun dynamic and a mind over matter fitness fun class. I am bewildered and ecstatic to join and became a member after my 21 day experience. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE This Place!

Absolutely loved the class. The class size is small which is a bonus, it makes it less overwhelming and the instructor has time to help with everyone. The instructor was very helpful. It is a little pricey, but I am highly considering a membership because of the fun I had with it.
