Very disappointed in quality of room. Food at on site resteraunts was excellent. Pool was great.

We had an issue because of a rain storm and their loss of electricity for about 12 hours. They initially did not want to make compensations for our inconvenience. After we arrived home, we spoke with them again and they have since offered a complimentary night. We appreciate their acknowledgement to their responsibility for customer comfort.

It was an awesome experience except for the fact they gave me a guest room when my voucher clearly stated suite. Once that was sorted out it was good.
