As the other reviews mention, this is a scam. I bought my order for a Mother’s Day present and it was automatically redeemed. I’ve called the office and emailed and haven’t heard anything back. I plan on driving to their location soon just to see if even that’s real

I would agree with a previous comment whereby someone said she/he/they would give NEGATIVE STARS for this company if it was possible! This company has "redeemed" vouchers that innocent GROUPON buyers who were so excited to take a hot air balloon ride, but sadly NEVER GOT THE RIDE! There are a number of reviews just like mine, and yet GROUPON continues to offer this on their website/app.

If I could give negative stars, I would. It’s definitely a scam. Terrible experience and they processed the Groupon without even providing the experience/service.

THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT BUY THIS GROUPON!! I wish I would have seen the reviews before purchasing. Groupons customer service sucks! They say they will review your case and to send proof of not getting the hot air balloon ride which I did and I still have not heard from Groupon on a refund. I feel they are apart of the scam!! 😡
