Coupon was titled "full highlands AND lowlights" but wasn't honored. I had to pay extra. She indicated it says OR in the fine print. It should've been honored as the title says. Communication was poor. She asked how I wanted the back trimmed. I said light trim & rounded as it was, but to not cut the layers in. When I got home, it was cut straight across which I hate & several inches were gone.

She is an angel

I was very disappointed because the Groupon said it was for a “Haircut with Blow-Dry, Full Highlights, and Lowlights”, however, Channing told me it was for highlights OR lowlights. The only reason I bought it was because it said it was for both.

She changed my appointment. Then when I came in the second time she was getting her hair colored so I had to wait for her for 20 minutes so she could finish her hair. Doesn't talk. Bad experience. There is a reason she is on groupon.
