Customer service is great, unfortunately for me, the transition between Groupon and Transfer Home Movies was not the best. I blame it more on Groupon for not coming with an upfront price. If Groupon is offering something, they have to disclose the total amount you are going to be paying.

This customer texted us the other day and we replied "If you require assistance please let us know. Text here or call us at the same number. Have a great day!" the customer neither called nor texted any questions. Furthermore, after placing their order with us, they sent an email asking a question and it took us 4 hours to respond which the customer is not pleased about. As the owner of a small business we pride ourselves in giving top notch service and we thrive on taking care of our customers. It is unfortunate that there are communication issues sometimes with customers but p[lease know that we do try our best and in this case I truly believe my team did a great job trying to take care of Mauricio. We will do everything in our power to make sure the process continues to go smoothly and that Mauricio gets the best ongoing service possible.
