Mama's with Mops, Willoughey

Very thorough -- awesome customized cleaning plan that is followed-- the Mamas, when time allows, offers that little extra and leaves a nice note to enjoy the day -- classy!

When I tried to contact the owner Ashley she did not respond to E-mails or phone messages in a timely way. Three days before my appointment I wanted to make sure her cleaners were coming, but again she did not respond to my E mail or call. The morning of my appointment she called me 10 minutes before the expected arrival to say she had to re-schedule. She apologized, but that was a big inconvenience since we had prepared the house for the cleaning by moving around a lot of items. She said she would call me back, but a day later I called her and she finally called the 3rd day with a new date. The two young women who came did a good job. They missed some areas, but overall cleaned well.

Overall, it was a positive experience. They did an amazing job of cleaning the tiles in my bathtub/shower. I did indicate on the paperwork I filled out before that I wanted my upholstered furniture be vacuumed, including under the cushions, which they never did. They also did not dust mop behind my furniture, so it is very dirty and dusty behind some items that were easy to reach. I should have gone over it again when they came . Bothe women were very nice and polite and arrived on time.
