A former industrial chemist, Italian native Franco Federico brings the same attention to detail to his efforts to synthesize classic Italian flavors at Primo Bacio Ristorante Italiano & Bar. The owner's culinary team, led by the same chef for more than 10 years, painstakingly prepares each dish using fresh seafood and quality cuts of veal and steak.

The food and service were spectacular. It could have used a little more ambiance. Softer lighting, candles lit on the table or flowers.

I must say it again, I would not go back to this Restaurant. Very disappointed in the food and expected more atmosphere. I felt like I was in a cafeteria.

Dessert was a real cop out. Cake from a local supermarket or banana pudding with vanilla wafers. And they must not have had cranberry juice-my cosmo was made with maraschino cherry juice with a cherry in the bottom. Dinner for two took 2 hours--a lot of waiting. The table hadn't been cleaned as there were crumbs and spots on the table cloth. I had heard good thing about the place a few years ago. Guess that has changed.
