Love, love, love this place! Essence was amazing! She is hands down one of the sweetest girls in the beauty industry! Not only did she do an amazing job on mani/pedi, she made me feels so comfortable and connected. It was so therapeutic for my mind to have someone actually engage in meaningful conversations. Overall my nails looked really good. I also like to relax when getting my nails done but the atmosphere was kind of uncomfortable. My pedicure chair was broken and backed into a corner. I couldn’t change the angle to align with my legs and the foot bath kept moving away from the chair. Also not a massage chair . If go just for cheap great nails then it’s worth it. Staff was friendly.
