Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Wilmington

The service technician scanned my coupon code ( which eliminated/used my coupon) and then proceeded to charge me full price for the service. The store manager was unable to process a refund and claimed that Groupon was to blame. I paid twice for a single oil change.

I went for a oil change on February 17,2026 I was a little fearful of driving in the service bay area because you have drive over the hole they work in under your car. They guided me in gentlely. I was in for about 10-15 minutes and out. Thanks to the team at the Chesapeake , Virginia location the best. All professional and great customer service. See you all for my next oil change service hopefully on my new car.

Great Groupon deal! Not only good for oil change but also 20 percent discount on all other services. I also had rear differential and radiator service. Got it all done for a little over $200. Very happy with this deal. Valvoline service was great. Employees were knowledgeable and did a great job. Took about 30 minutes.

I went to the one on gher rd. In Vancouver and the team there are really great! Highly recommend.
