Every dinner at Bombolini is a miniature trip to Northern Italy. Since 1986, the eatery's chefs have been specializing in the picturesque region's cuisine. Their creations range from classic spaghetti in meat sauce to more creative dishes, such as pesto pizza topped with seafood and goat cheese, or veal scallopine stuffed with crab and spinach. That's not to mention their desserts: espresso-soaked tiramisu, warm citrus-pear crumble cake with ricotta, and other sweet creations better than an everlasting lollipop that turns out to be an ironic curse.
