Ribs very dry and overcooked,1/4 chicken was good.the place seems dirty and like a dump as soon as one enters the bldg. service was ok. We will not recommend and most likely will not return,unless we learn that this place gets renovations on bldg and menu.

The menu is a bit expensive for pub food. However, the location and staff are great. I love the Muddy Waters patio and cabana bar.
