Couldn’t get an appointment fir over 3 weeks. Very unreasonable. I felt like I was an inconvenience to Donna.

You are NEVER an inconvenience Tom. Im sorry you felt that way. My schedule was seriously packed because I was preparing for surgery in March and recovery. I hope you can forgive me as I never meant for anyone to feel that way. eded to save up for recovery time out of work.
