Inferno Audio, Woonsocket

I cannot recommend Inferno Audio highly enough. I wish other businesses I deal with were half this professional and knowledgeable!! I bought a remote starter 4+ years ago (wicked old for a piece of technology) on a Groupon deal from Inferno and they installed it expertly and it worked great for years with a lifetime warranty. A few months ago, the car started having some electrical issues; the battery was draining from something drawing too many amps. The dealership said it was likely the aftermarket starter, so I brought it back to Inferno to take a look. Not only did Inferno replace the whole remote start system with no questions asked and not another penny out of pocket, but they also ran a full diagnostic on my electrical system and went through everything to find the actual issue (which was not the remote start, btw). Inferno went above and beyond even the manufacturer's dealership to solve my problem. They were super professional and friendly, and stood by their warranty even when they guessed that the problem wasn't their remote starter. Seriously, I was blown away that they were willing to spend extra time on something that was already several years old, was purchased at a discount, and not going to make them any extra money. The least that I can do is post amazing reviews and tell people to GO TO INFERNO for their automotive sound and technical needs!!

They did an amazing job and actually saved me money. I was going to get new car speakers and they actually said my speakers sounded great as they were and just getting new speakers wouldn’t have made a difference. They could have said nothing and just took my money. I will definitely give Inferno Audio my business again

Very professional, on schedule, very courteous to all their customers. Was there for an appointment on a very busy Saturday morning and was taken care of as promised. Will definitely go back when I need their services again!
