Very attentive server, really nice restaurant but not so nice that jeans aren't ok. Lots of private parking. Easy access to major roadways. Very reasonable prices, varied menu, DELICIOUS tiaramisu!

I made a reservation to Luciano and indicated I have 6 groupons. We came in with groupon and the manager said they have no lobsters. I think the manager named is Colleen, asked us to come back the next day to use it and the groupon will expire that day. She is not being nice at all. She walked away when you were talking to her. What kind of business is this? If the restaurant is unable to accommodate what is offer on groupon then don't offer it. It is very disappointing when you came to celebrate your sister birthday and end up with argument if we can get food or not. The restaurant shouldn't be offer these deal if they can't fulfill it.
