I never got to use my Groupon. It was redeemed when I had rescheduled my appointment due to a serious accident on got into. The lady I spoke to said it was okay and to reschedule when I wanted. But then it said my Groupon was redeemed so I wasn't able to! So 40 bucks down the drain

Alex, like most spas and salons Elegance Day Spa has 24-hours Cancellation Policy. Which means that it is required to inform 24 hours in advance if you want to cancel or reschedule your appointment. So I will be able to accommodate another client. If you fail to inform there is $10 fee will be applied. Unfortunately in your case you did not inform and completely missed your appointment. When you contacted me later with a request to reschedule. I told you that you can reschedule to any convenient for you time, and never said that your coupon could not be use.
