Did not honor full value of the voucher. No manager available on a Saturday at 5 pm. Was treated disrespectfully when I inquired why the full value was not honored. Seriously someone in the illusive management team should consider was it really worth losing a customer. Never going back. Will take the kids skating at the old Lincoln way bowling center next time.

we had a great time at this bowling alley. the food at the snack bar isn't that great but we didn't go there for the food anyway. the staff is friendly and the bowling alley is clean and up-to-date.
