I took me more than a month to make the appointment, the calls were either gone to voice mail which were never answered or the voice mailbox was full. 2 times someone picked up and said will call back but never did. Finally I googled their contact via email and made appointment, after 2 missed appointments with no calls or explanation they came to mow the yard, without doing any edging and the weed control that I paid extra for. I emailed them back and they said they would come back the following Monday and never did, I emailed them again to remind them about the weed control that still need to be done, it's been 3 weeks, my emails were not replied. At this point I give up, I'm hoping to get back the $10 extra I paid for the weed control treatment which I never receive. I will never ever recommend them to anyone, too much pain to get them to do what they are supposed to do, just very untrustworthy folks.

NO WE SPOKE NUMEROUS TIMES. HE SAID THAT MY ADDRESS WAS PUT ON HIS YARD DONE SHEET.
