The process was easy to follow, but then we did ultimately need support after 30 days - which was top notch. I was leery to begin with (such a huge discount) and it installed fast and worked perfectly. After a month we had a glitch and needed a new Key, but the customer support was super impressive and responsive thru email (I'm talking about 5-6 emails back/forth one day w/in 20 total minutes). They stood behind their product and helped me resolve the issue - been working perfectly ever since now! Very impressed with the product AND service! Even w/ the extra legwork to update the Key thru Microsoft, this saving is 100% worth it!
