Merchant's support is 5-star. Had difficulty with retrieving the necessary Groupon code - vendor promptly resolved the issue (likely my fault, not theirs or Groupon's). The software download was fast, installation of the Microsoft application was problem free, and the vendor-supplied activation key was accepted. I would certainly purchase from this vendor again!
