Indulge your inner or real child with today's gamey Groupon. For $17, you'll enjoy five turns at the attractions at Adventure Landing, an entertainment utopia with exciting activities on both land and water. Take a right onto Coit Road, between Frankfurt and Campbell off 190, and start discovering the perfect play date. The landing is open Sunday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday from 10 a.m. to midnight, and Saturday from 9 a.m. to midnight.

Your Groupon is good on any of the following four Adventure Landing attractions: You can race on go-karts, blast your buds in laser tag, perfect your putting on the mini-golf course, or do battle in bumper boats outfitted with squirt guns. Do one of each and then redo your favorite, or use them all on a day of laser tag. You're free to use your five attractions however you want. Experiencing this fun factory's frenetic frippery in a single visit (because that's what your Groupon says you must do) is an easy way to happily exhaust over-energized tweens and tots.

Amusement parks are a more active alternative to screen-heavy childhood hobbies such as text messaging, video games, and office temping. Get this Groupon to burn calories, bond with the family, or show off the bumper-boating skills you used to sink the Spanish Armada last summer.

Reviews

Dallas fans are too burnt out from the all-day entertainment excursion to post reviews, but Insider Pagers give the Raleigh location four stars:

  • There are many things to do there, lazer tag, miniature golf, go karts and video games. The staff is very friendly and helpful. – Sandi B.
  • There is so much to do there, such as laser tag, go karts, golfing etc... I had a blast myself and I am an adult! – Anonymous

Adventure Landing

Attractions such as miniature golf, batting cages, and laser tag make Adventure Landing an ideal location for getting in fun, interactive family time. Whether the kids opt for a heart-accelerating whip around the go-kart track or a few swings of the bat, the fun center gives families every excuse to band together or square off against one another in friendly competition. School, church, and corporate outings are available as well, giving groups of all ages a place to gather, nosh on pizza, and create complex victory dances.

Awesome time with kiddos

I really enjoyed all the games. My brothers and I had a blast!!!!!

Our granddaughters had a very nice afternoon. The young man overseeing the race cars for the little ones was very pleasant and friendly to my husband and I. The young man leading the laser tag wasn't friendly at all, but the girls still had a good time. We were there on a February Sunday afternoon.
