Jenn, the owner is very nice. The outside of the building is pretty run down and dumpy looking but the fun factory itself has a lot of fun things for little ones to be entertained with including a ship with a slide. My 5 year old nephew thoroughly enjoyed himself there.

Thw place was great for kids. The space is clean and offers things for kids like bowling. Its small but i like that...additionally, they had worked wirhbme on a situation and provided outstanding customer service. I will go back definitely.
