The environment and staff are wonderful. However, the Groupon covers a VERY small area and they quickly offer you a large charge for the rest. Buyer beware.

My 1st apptmnt was good. But for my 2nd appt they called me when I was on my way and cancel my appt. My appt was at 11am they said have my appt at 10:15. I know what I have in my calendar and time for my apptmnt it's never wrong. My 1st appt didn't last more than 15 mins. I find what they have done disrespectful and as a business owner squeeze 15 mins in my day is never an issue.

Wonderful electrolysis experience! The tech was efficient and it was significantly less painful with less akin irritation than I had experienced elsewhere. So glad I bought the Groupon! I’ll be a regular client for sure.

I got electrolysis with a Groupon there. The service was wonderful, and the spa was clean and beautiful. I went back for a facial and really loved it. I still have two more sessions of electrolysis and look forward to using more of their services. :)

charming little spa. I really liked the welcoming atmosphere and decor and the electrolysis was top notch. I would recommend this place. The only downside is the parking in the area of Wilson Blvd.

I've been to several spas and Farnaz Maleki is the best esthetician hands down! I've had microneedling and Venus Versa skin resurfacing and both turned out great! My skin looks much better. I would advise to use a lot of the numbing cream. The Venus Versa did not hurt at all. The microneedling is a bit painful but not unbearable. Farnaz is very friendly, nice, and knowledgeable.She did a great job

The cozy day spa offers services such as massage therapy, lash extensions, and hair removal via laser, electrolysis, waxing, or threading. Other skin-smoothing treatments include facials and micro-polish peels that gently exfoliate the skin to remove dead skin cells and flakes caused by dry skin or aggressive cereal eating. A special tissue massager reduces the appearance of cellulite and dimples.
