What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
B.E. Fitness is the only gym in the lower Fairfield County area which specializes in helping women like you who are going through the menopause transition.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
By helping my clients find their personal 'Reason Why'. You may want to lose weight, look great in your swimsuit and feel healthy. But, why? Why do you want these lifestyle changes? By helping my clients find their ‘reason why’ they become self-motivated, leading to lasting results.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Some of my female clients weren't responding to the traditional methods of exercise & nutrition which worked for them in the past. So my start as the menopause weight loss specialist began from my desire to better help and serve my clients who like you were in some form going through the transition.

What do you love most about your job?
The fitness industry has neglected the women I serve by putting more focus on the younger demographic. So being able to help and empower my female clients gives me the inspiration everyday to continue the work I do.
