Sandy was amazing. Very thorough and very careful. I won't say it was painless, but it was the least uncomfortable Brazilian I've ever had. The places spotless, clean and very welcoming. Highly recommend it.
The technician was excellent. There was some confusion by the owner that the Groupon was redeemed even though it said "redeemed." He expected to see a red mark. The payment was billed from my end.
