We’re a private personal training gym with a mission to help people make lifestyle changes and create solid habits that keep them in shape. We offer a clean, fresh air environment in a private setting. Our clients love the quality equipment, personal attention and awesome atmosphere that makes it easy to focus and enjoy every workout. Never worry about parking or having your workouts with your trainer limited because of other members using the gym.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Back to Fitness was started by Master Trainer Sid Albero, who has over 4,500 session hours of training since becoming a trainer in 2013. His time as a top trainer in a big gym in Northern California gave him the inspiration to go independent and start a private personal training gym that improved the experience of personal training. By offering a private environment and way of training that wasn’t possible in a big gym with a large membership base, the quality of personal training service was greatly advanced.
What do you love most about your job? Being the crutch people need to achieve consistency and providing the knowledge to overcome obstacles and reach new levels of health and happiness is what we enjoy most at Back to Fitness.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? “I began training with Sid in April of 2014, at the age of 63. I had a long list of afflictions. Primarily, bad back (to the point of yearly spinal injections), knees, hips, shoulder. I was overweight. Aches and pains were something I thought I would live with the rest of my life. Through his techniques, corrective exercise, nutrition and weight training, all of these ailments have disappeared (including the intense back pain). I was not a believer, but I am now.
