Couple of suggestions. 1. More emphasis on Food and Diet during the class... besides the website (which by the way is very informative). 2. Making the class an hour and half session... I would pay extra for this option.

I wish they also offered evening classes. This class was great!

Indoor sessions are held at 5:30 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Classes are about one hour long. Patrons should bring two sets of hand weights, one light and one heavy, a towel, and an exercise mat. Nutrition plan provide 30-day eating plans with three meals and a snack.<p>
