while this groupon was still valid I was not able to make, hold, confirm an appt. and then wanted to use the face value to have my home cleaned. at this juncture , I will just have to have Groupon refund the money to me, as they are no longer in service... and if for some reason, this is can be redeemed, then please inform me as I would very much like to have my home cleaned, and would change this rating.
