The Fine Print
About Hot Yoga Capitol Hill
For more than 14 years, the highly experienced instructors at Hot Yoga Capitol Hill pass on a series of 26 Hatha yoga poses and two breathing exercises known as Bikram yoga. They also teach barre, hot pilates, restorative, and fusion classes. Heated classes are meant to coax oxygenated blood and synovial fluid into action, which in turn stimulates the body’s organs, glands, nerves, and spark plugs. Each class takes place inside a heated studio to attempt to facilitate deeper stretching and to flush out toxins. Classes are available for students of all ages and ability levels, including first-timers. The facility offers access to locker rooms and showers for all participants.
