I loved the 90 min class, the instructor was very helpful and encouraging in fixing my poses. The only thing I didn’t like was how many people there are in a class, it makes it difficult to perform some of the poses with someone less than a foot away on every side and I can’t see my poses in the mirrors. Perhaps limit number of people and those who show up late after class starts shouldn’t join.

First class was tough (sweating) and being out of shape, but instructor very understanding. May opt for the 1 hour class instead of 90 minute class. Overall first experience was good.

Just went to my first class in 6 years. Omg it was hard but I kept up and I feel so good. There’s nothing like the feeling of the cold air hitting your body as soon as you walk out of the hot room, feels so good! The instructor was really good, I could hear and understand every command. The studio is very clean and doesn’t smell sweaty and gross like other studios I’ve been to.

It’s a small studio with a lot of people on top of each other. Not enough space to feel comfortable.

Very nice small studio with friendly welcoming and very experienced instructors who teach the original 90min Bikram series. Bathroom and small change/cubby area but no showers available.

About Anda Yoga House

During classes at the newly-upgraded Anda Yoga House (formerly Bikram Yoga Mira Mesa), visitors step into a studio with eco-friendly flooring whose thermostat rests at a steady 105 degrees fahrenheit. A defining trait of Bikram yoga, the high temperatures help to warm muscles, prevent injuries and strains, and minimize polar bear attendance in class. Each session flows through a series of 26 poses, ordered carefully to stretch and strengthen different muscles.
