When newly renovated studio director Stephanie says she grew up in a Bikram yoga studio, she's only partially joking. She began her practice in 1993—then Bikram Yoga LA—so today she knows the 26 postures backwards, forwards, and upside down. Bikram is a heated practice that encourages flexibility, detoxification, and personal growth, whether students are first-timers or experienced sweaters.
