Each of the small plates served at Bisq is a piece of art, meticulously and beautifully presented. You might even feel guilty about eating it. Then again, when roasted bone marrow accompanied by pickled kumquats, daikon, and a crispy short rib is set in front of you, it's impossible to resist.
Produced by the same team responsible for the nearby Bergamot, Bisq specializes in wine and small plates, especially charcuterie. The best way to taste a variety of the restaurant's offerings is to order the Bazz hook-up board. A nod to chef Dan Bazzinotti, it features an assortment of housemade charcuterie. You can also assemble your own creation a la carte: the chicken and duck galantine comes with swiss chard and champagne grapes, while the fromage de tête au torchon is paired with mushroom conserva. Beyond the food, Bisq curates a dizzying selection of wine and beer.
