Bliss Hot Yoga helps yogis extract the most benefit from each session by adding muscle-melting heat. In warming up the room, instructors encourage deeper stretches, creating longer, more pliable muscle tissue. And, of course, higher temperatures also enhance circulation and sweating, which together are thought to work away built up toxins.
