Raven Aultman and a team of trainers help small groups of approximately 20-25 students to build muscle and develop cardio stamina during outdoor boot camps. During intense sessions, they combine sports drills and resistance training to create a full body workout. The 8-week nutrition plan is designed to help build strong, lean muscle, with meals that are gluten-free, low-carb, and paleo-friendly.
Raven Aultman's personal fitness journey started at 253 pounds. Four years later and more than 100 pounds lighter, she's dedicated herself to helping others to reach their weight-loss goals with multifaceted boot camps and sound nutritional guidance.
