Boot-camp classes led by certified trainers pack a cocktail of cardio, resistance training, interval training, and core exercises into 45–60 minutes without ever repeating a routine. The customized meal plan accounts for the clients dietary and caloric needs to devise meals and groceries lists that can enhance their weight-loss efforts.
