But that level of training isn’t for everyone especially the women who is new to fitness or trying to get back started. BEginFIT, will train and give the newbie the ‘mental tools’ needed as well as diet and nutrition guidelines to be successful. By moving the BEginFIT student at a slower pace this will allow them to “stick to it” as long they choose or need to before moving up to the “next level” to the more intense, High Def…Bootcamp for Women-HD-BodyByKen, program. This program offers light weight training, light jogging and running, with novice boxing classes and techniques. Special Guest Instructor for this class, BodyByKen, success story, who came to BBK weighing 322lbs and lost 150lbs under Ken’s training and nutrition guidance. Ken also boast having 6 ladies over the age of 60 years old who currently taking this class. This class is for young and old alike, so can you say NO EXCUSE!
