In my experience, the customer service was AMAZING, the first time I booked, they canceled due to cloudy dangerous weather, I was driving there when they texted it to me AND called. Right then, they helped me reschedule. Later that night I called to reschedule again to the next morning at 8 am, I missed it and couldn’t go, so I assumed I lost my reservation but they called me again to reschedule.

Naturally, I was terrified, but my tandem jumper Brian was great! He did his best to put my mind at ease (didn’t work, but I appreciated the effort.) However, after all was said and done, it was exactly what he said it would be. It wasn’t scary at all! It think everyone should experience it at least once in their lives. It is everything!
Make sure you read the fine print, you are expected to pay an additional $59 for equipment and booking.

Miami Skydiving Center’s air-riding experts take first-time and experienced jumpers to the stratosphere for jumps above the scenic views of Michigan. Tethered to clients, they guide tandem rides to facilitate first tastes of terminal velocity before coasting in for a soft landing. To accommodate licensed skydivers with a current reserve parachute, the staff guides planes over the business’s own scenic landing zone so jumpers can take to the air on their own. Beginners who wish to become full-fledged divers can opt for the Accelerated Freefall program, in which aficionados teach the skills necessary to make solo jumps such as how to handle equipment or merge into goose traffic without a blinker.
