BWARRIOR Martial Arts Academy
Long before Brayner Martinez earned the title of Sensei, he was just a kid learning his first Shotokan katas in Venezuela. As he grew up, he added other styles of martial arts to his repertoire such as Kenpo, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, and Muay Thai. This potpourri of techniques stewed in his mind until he moved to the U.S. to fight in martial arts competitions. After a decade of fighting and practicing, he developed the BWARRIOR Martial Arts System with Orlando Rivera, his world-champion instructor. He opened his own academy under the same moniker inside the Epic Hybrid Training Center, where he shares his 20 years of experience—and the spectacle of his fourth-degree black belt—with students of all ages.
Sensei Brayner Martinez's academy helps kids and teens grow in confidence, concentration, and self-discipline through martial arts classes. When they aren't mentoring youngsters, instructors teach Muay Thai kickboxing and Kajukenbo self-defense classes. Meanwhile, the academy's mixed martial arts expert shows pupils how to grapple with their opponents with a blend of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, shoot wrestling, and thumb war techniques.
