Cafe Tallulah

At Cafe Tallulah, there's a cheese plate on the dessert menu. If that's not proof enough of a French cafe, executive chef Pat Murrell's other creations should be. She and her team fill the the cafe's long, brasserie-style zinc bar with plates of wine-simmered beef bourguignon, coq au vin, and steamed mussels (or, as the French call them,"moules") in three styles.

Of course, these French delicacies pair nicely with the Frenchest delicacy of them all: a red or white bottle of wine. Patrons can also sip cocktails, which are designed by the owner of renowned cocktail spot Employees Only. Fittingly, "The Tallulah" cocktail is shot through with a French import, Cointreau.

Customer Reviews

Super cute ambiance, with great food.

The food was very good. The appetizers weren't that enticing. We ordered the crab cake and it just wasn't to my liking. I had the branzino and my partner had the steak; was super juicy. I was initially worried that the portions would be small but I left the place stuffed. Loved the ambience, very laid back and comfortable. Overall a great experience. I enjoyed this Groupon!

Great place to have straightforward French bistro food. Everything is very well done and the athmosphere is very French as well -like being in Paris!
