What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Before, you would either have to join a gym and have no clue what you were doing or get a personal trainer which could cost you thousands. Our program is done in a group setting which makes them fun, motivating, challenging AND it keeps the cost of the program affordable.
What do you love most about your job?
I love that I am able to provide a solution to help people reach their fitness goals faster than they ever thought possible. When a client runs up to me and tells me that they have reached a new goal, such as losing 10-20 pounds, it is a rewarding feeling.
