This place was amazing. I had such a fun time feeding the alpacas and the tour was full of information that was really cool to learn. 10/10 would recommend coming here. The store was filled with all sorts of amazing items that can be used as gifts or for yourself. Everything in there is so soft!!! If you don’t go on the tour definitely stop off at the store and check it out.

Great tour. Feeding these alpacas are my favorite part in the tour. Alpacas are very durable and very friendly to the guests. My two years old kid loves them very much. She had lots of fun in the farm. Strong recommend to alpaca livers. BTW, better wear rain boots in raining season.

The tour was interesting and you end up learning quite a bit about alpacas and alpaca fur products. The true highlight though is getting to feed and hang out with the alpacas! We had so much fun! Totally recommend 👍

Great visit, even in the rain. A baby alpaca was born while we were there. Saw the whole birth. Exciting for everyone.

About A Chat with Cascade Rose Alpacas

1.What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

We raise alpacas for sale, but also make many products (like yarn, rugs, and felted items) from the fleece of our alpacas to sell in our farm store. We also open our farm for people to meet the alpacas.

2. What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

I have raised alpacas for 6 years, but I love opening the farm and seeing the true joy people have when meeting alpacas for the first time.

3. What do you love most about your job?

I love working with the alpacas everyday, getting to know their personalities and deciding what to make from their beautiful fleece. But the very best is cria (baby alpaca) birthing season.

4. What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

Best reaction was when a customer bought some yarn made from our alpaca named Ronin. She knitted some mittens for her daughter and then brought her to meet Ronin and take a selfie.
