In recent years, Jen Keehn has spent a lot of time with her feet off the ground. Ms. Keehn, who serves as director of Chattanooga Aerials, began training in aerial dance in 2009. Nowadays, she and her fellow instructors teach men and women to master aerial equipment and dance. Some classes also incorporate elements of yoga, and all incorporate elements of groove.
Kelsea was very nice, my daughter really enjoyed her intro class. Very good workout too!!

My son, his girlfriend & my daughter went.
All three are dancers, but only his girlfriend was a natural. However the teacher met them each at their level & they all thoroughly enjoyed it. They got a broad range of techniques including trapeze, single silk,& hammock.
The atmosphere was great everyone there was very supportive and everyone had a great time.
