Chicago Cupcake is not your average cupcake company. All cupcakes are broken into 3 parts: the Cake, Crust, and the Frosting, all meant to pair together, complimenting each other. Their cakes, all incorporate elements of cheesecake and mousse, so they have a texture similar to a cheesecake. They use all Italian buttercreams, and cream-cheese frostings, with sweet toppings, such as caramel drizzles, chocolate ganaches, and crushed candy. Last but not least, they add a crust on the bottom that increases the overall experience, through flavor and texture. Crusts include, graham cracker, vanilla and chocolate wafer crust, and Oreo cookie.
