Choose Between Two Options
- $48 for a gourmet cooking class for one ($100 value)
- $90 for a gourmet cooking class for two ($200 value)
Classes are held Friday evenings from 6:30 P.M. til 9 P.M. Examples of dishes customers master in class include baked brie and pear in phyllo dough, Caesar salad, flank steak with cracked peppercorn sauce, and creme brulee. After dishes are prepared, guests dine on their fruits of their labor together while sipping beer or wine.
Opened in 2007, Classic Cooking marches under the banner of using classic cooking techniques while using fresh, seasonal local produce and ingredients. French chef and owner Pascal Dionot directs his well-trained staff to help explain some of the finer points of cooking for both career-minded gastronomers and novices.
