Choose Between Two Options
- $45 for a 2.5-hour Healthy Cooking class for one (a $100 value)
- $85 for a 2.5-hour Healthy Cooking class for two (a $200 value)
Each Healthy Cooking class focuses on a themed set of fresh, seasonal dishes—perhaps a quartet of midsummer salads, or a seafood-centric menu with curried crab and salmon with spaghetti squash.
Classes are held on Fridays, with sessions starting at 1 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. most dates. Check the calendar for upcoming sessions.
Opened in 2007, Classic Cooking marches under the banner of using classic cooking techniques while using fresh, seasonal local produce and ingredients. French chef and owner Pascal Dionot directs his well-trained staff to help explain some of the finer points of cooking for both career-minded gastronomers and novices.
