Seats and theater are great! Just be aware that when you order food it all comes at once if you order near the cut off time. Our desserts sat with melting ice cream while we tried to rush to eat our main. This can be solved by ordering earlier or going outside yourself and order dessert in a separate check later in the movie. The servers don’t go back in the theater once the movie starts.
