Sit-ups remain one of the best methods of reshaping the abdomen, second only to standing in front of a lit cannon. Enjoy explosive exercise with today's Groupon: for $69, you get a four-week boot camp from Code Pink Fitness Boot Camp, valid at 16 locations. (a $174 value). Boot camp sessions are held three times a week.

Code Pink camps are designed to help women seek out their svelte, healthier selves with engaging one-hour workouts and positive reinforcement. Before any fat fighting occurs, a highly trained instructor evaluates participants' fitness levels to plan a regiment that will accomplish the best results. During each session, women don pink duds and sweat out complimentary colors with low-impact exercises customized to each camper's fitness level. Ladies careen through challenging obstacle courses, build bulk with strength-training exercises, and get limber with flexibility routines drawn from yoga or Pilates.

One-on-one nutritional counseling slays dietary Sphinxes and their confusing riddles and replaces them with a detailed program to accompany the workouts. Some women have seen dramatic results from the camps, such as reducing waist size by three inches, body-fat percentages by 5%–8%, and jean sizes by two units. Participants are encouraged to bring a set of 5-pound dumbbell weights, an exercise mat, and a child-like sense of wonder for the post-workout finger-painting sessions. Check the calendar to find the next session.

Code Pink Boot Camp

Fitness expert Christina Lucy founded Code Pink Boot Camp and has since expanded her fitness program into numerous locations throughout the western United States. Each of the trainers working for Code Pink claims extensive training and accredited certifications in the industry, and must undergo a strict audition to demonstrate their fitness prowess and knowledge of how many annual budgets each U.S. president could bench-press. With a schedule that includes several sessions throughout the weekday, the classes accommodate clients with varying schedules. During each session, instructors guide participants through high-intensity exercises that aim to incinerate fat, tone torsos, and improve overall well-being. The program caters to women of all ages and fitness levels and stresses safety, fun, and perseverance.

Customer Reviews

My favorite bootcamp by far, love the instructor!!

This is a great workout! I'm taking it in Ladera Ranch. The first day of class I had a hard.time finding the class since the specific location wasn't listed on.the website or registration information (it was listed as off of O'Neill, no address) so for new boot campers it's at Stoneybrooke School. Love this class though so it was well worth.the first day confusion! The instructor is great!
