Chris Harrison looked around at the people he knew and loved, and he didn't like the unhealthy bodies and lifestyles he saw. So, he made it his mission to reach out to as many people as possible and help them change. That was 10 years ago. Today, Chris still runs CrossFit 3816, having expanded his focus from his peers to families and clients of all ages. He goes out of his way to help moms, dads, and even children find a workout they can do together. The best part of his job is interacting with and motivating people from every walk of life, people of all body shapes and sizes. "[I'm] able to pull their best out of them," Chris says. "I always tell them, 'You're stronger than you think you are!'"
